2. Quotations & Payments
-
All quotations are based on the information provided at the time of the estimate. Any additional work or unforeseen conditions may result in extra charges.
-
A deposit may be required for certain jobs before work commences.
-
Payments must be made in full upon completion of the work unless otherwise agreed in writing.
-
Late payments may be subject to additional charges or interest as per UK regulations.
3. Customer Responsibilities
-
The customer must ensure that access to the property is available at the agreed-upon time of service.
-
Water and electricity supply must be available where required for the cleaning process.
-
The customer must notify us of any pre-existing damage to the property before work begins.
-
The customer must ensure that conditions around the property are safe and sanitary for our staff to work in. This includes removing any hazardous materials, ensuring pathways are clear, and informing us of any potential health risks on-site. If a site is deemed unsafe or unsanitary, we reserve the right to refuse or delay service until the issue is resolved.
-
The customer is responsible for informing neighbouring properties that work is being carried out, particularly when cleaning services may result in airborne debris, water spray, or noise that could impact nearby properties. This includes advising neighbours to move vehicles or other valuable items that could be affected during the cleaning process. We will not be held responsible for any soiling or damage to neighbouring properties where reasonable notice was not given by the customer.
4. Liability & Unexpected Results
-
While we take every precaution to ensure a high standard of service, we cannot be held responsible for unexpected results due to pre-existing conditions, poor maintenance, or underlying defects in surfaces or materials.
-
Pressure washing and other cleaning techniques may reveal hidden imperfections, discoloration, or pre-existing damage. We will not be liable for such occurrences.
-
We are not responsible for damage caused due to fragile or deteriorated surfaces, including loose paint, aged roof tiles, crumbling brickwork, or weak window seals.
-
We recommend that any delicate or valuable items near the cleaning area be removed before our service begins.
5. Cancellations & Rescheduling
-
Customers must provide at least 48 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling.
-
A cancellation fee may apply if insufficient notice is provided.
-
We reserve the right to reschedule or cancel services due to adverse weather conditions, equipment failure, or unforeseen circumstances.
6. Health & Safety Compliance
-
Our team follows all health and safety regulations, including the use of appropriate PPE and safe working practices.
-
If a job site is deemed unsafe, we reserve the right to refuse service until safety concerns are resolved.
7. Guarantees & Complaints
-
We aim to provide high-quality service, and if you are dissatisfied, please contact us within 24 hours of service completion.
-
Any complaints will be investigated, and reasonable corrective measures will be taken where applicable.
8. Use of Drones & Access Machinery
-
For hard-to-reach areas, we may use drones or specialist access equipment. The use of such equipment is subject to weather conditions and site suitability.
-
The customer is responsible for obtaining any necessary permissions for drone use on their property where required.
9. Force Majeure
We shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance due to events beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, accidents, extreme weather conditions, or government restrictions.
